Cancelation Policy

Refunds of the organization fee can only be claimed in case of injuries.

A medical certificate must be submitted before September 30.

Please consider that the Organizers will retain a cancelation-handling fee of VND 230,000 (or USD 10.00).

 

Group Registration

If you want to register as a group and pay per invoice, please download the Offline Registration Form, fill up with full information and send us for payment instruction.

Finisher Medal

The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon's Organizers will award Finisher Medals for all runners who complete their chosen distance.
