How To Register

After logging in successfully, you can choose between Individual Registration and Group Registration. If necessary, you can edit your personal information and receive a confirmation email. Logging in is easy and convenient, you can follow the steps belows:

 

I.  LOGIN

Step 1: Choose Login

 

Step 2: After you've registered with your email address, the Organizers send you an email containing your ID, password and a link to activate your account at the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon. Please click on the link to activate your account. Log in, using your registered email address and password.

 

II . REGISTER

Step 1: After your successful login, follow the instruction to register.

 

Step 2: Fill in the necessary information to register.

 

With group registration, select the tab "Create a subcription group" and fill in your group name in the following box:

 

Step 3: Select your registration

For Individual Registration, click on “Individual Registration”

For Group Registration, click on  “Group Registration”

Then tick the box “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the HALONG HERITAGE MARATHON” and proceed to payment.

 

Step 4: To add more runners, click on “Add Personal” and repeat Step 2 to fill in the runners’ information.

 

Step 5: After filling in all necessary information, you can choose your payment method

For credit card payment, choose Online payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express…

For bank transfer, choose Online payment by Bank transfer.

Tick the box “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the HALONG HERITAGE MARATHON”.

 

Step 6: If your information is incorrect, you can edit as follows:

(Note: Information about running distance and add-on services cannot be changed after payment)

You can also receive your confirmation email by clicking on Confirmation email.
