HA LONG XANH CYCLING CLUB TO HELP HALONG BAY HERITAGE MARATHONERS

Ha Long Xanh (Green Ha Long) Cycling Club will join Team Biker to support runners of the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023, Vietnam’s oldest heritage race.

Run by the Quang Ninh Motorcycle and Bicycle Federation, the club operates with a well-organized structure, fostering a sense of unity and mutual development.

The club consistently takes a leading role in all activities among the cycling clubs affiliated with the Federation.

The Green Ha Long Cycling Club frequently organizes, and participates in cycling races in and outside the province. It has been collaborating with marathon organizers to fulfill the task of supporting runners in domestic races, earning high praise from the event organizers for its work ethic and expertise.

A staff of 48 members aged over 40 years in average, the Green Ha Long Cycling Club boasts a mature and experienced membership, contributing to raising the club's strength and building successful development.

The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon running track is certified by the World Athletics and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races. The race is part of the official competition system of the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. The marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors since 2022.

The Heritage Race system, organized annually by DHA Vietnam, comprises the Hanoi Marathon - Heritage Race in October, the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon in November and the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race in December.
