Note For Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2022 Race Kit Pickup

The Organizers of the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2022, the race with Vietnam’s most beautiful heritage track, has emailed the notice on Race Kit pickup to all the runners.

In order to save Race Kit pickup time for large groups (over 10 people), the Organizers will arrange priority lines for the groups which would complete the following procedures:

Step 1: All team members need to complete the AUTHORIZATION procedure for the representative as instructed in the Race Kit pickup email.

(The Organizers will refuse to distribute Race Kit to the whole group if at least 01 of the members has not finished the AUTHORIZATION procedure)

Step 2: The group representative should email the list of the group that need to receive the Race Kit using the form (attached in the email sent to the runners) to:  halongrace@dhavietnam.vn by 23:59 on November 10, 2022 (Thursday).

(After the deadline, groups will be given the Race Kits in the line similar to other runners)

In case a runner has yet to receive the emailed notice for Race Kit pickup, please check the spam box carefully, or send a message to the Facebook fan page administrator.

The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon running tracks is certified by the World Athletics and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races. The race is part of the official competition system of the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. The marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors, starting from 2022.

The Heritage Race system, organized annually by DHA Vietnam, comprises the VPBank Hanoi Marathon in October, the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon in November and the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race in December.
